I have installed the 6.0 SME server on a system. in the system I have an Ethernet card setup as an external adapter and a token ring card setup as an internal adapter. When I check the server configuration the everything seems to be operation properly. When I went to the command prompt and checked via ifconfig and neither of the adapters were up. I brought eth0 up and attempted to bring the tr0 up and got the message "operation not permitted" Please help me, I have been trying to get token ring to work on Linux through several different methods and have had no sucess yet.
