I have problem here ... where some one try to WEB-PHP xmlrpc.php post attempt my SME server. How to resolve that promblem .... if i install SME 7.0 .. that problem can be solve ? ... please try to guide me .. your attention is very much needed .. TQ

Skatone,

  xmlrpc.php is a security problem.  You can either find a secure version fo this code, write a secure version, or throw it out.  I would remove the php code.  

  I am curious.  Are you using this for PostNuke.  I believe their recommendation is to simple remove it.

thank u for your advice .. for your information i did't use postnuke. If i using SME 6.0, how to remove it from server and if i like to write secure version, where to change it. I'm so sory because ask u many question. Hope u can teaching me how to solve it. Your co-operation is ery much need and a million tousand thank you for your co-operation.

  Well....  xmlrpc.php is not a part of the SME server.  You have to load something else, probably in an i-bay to have it on your system.  If you go into the command line, you can type:

   locate xmlrpc.php

This will show you where it is.  Delete it, rename it change the file permissions. Something.
