Topic: Dell PowerEdge 630 server install

I am trying to install SME server on a Dell poweredge server.

System is as follows:
Dell PowerEdge 6350 Quad Xeon 550MHz 512K Cache

Model: Dell PowerEdge 6350 (4U Rackmount)

Intel CPU: QUAD P3 XEON 550MHz w/512K Cache

RAM: 2GB of ECC EDO Memory

Floppy: 1.44 Floppy Drive

Hard Drive: 3 x 18GB 10K SCSI Hot Swap Hard Drives

Backplane: 1 x 3 Bay 80Pin SCSI Hot Swap

On-Board SCSI: AIC 7890 U2 LVD & 7860 USCSI

RAID: PERC 2 w/64MB Cache

CD: Internal CD-ROM Drive

On-Board LAN: None

On-Board Video: ATI Rage Pro 3D 2MB SGRAM

Software: No Software is included

Power Supply: 3 x 275 Watt Redundant Power Supplies


I hate to say it but after trying different tricks, etc. I tried Win XP and was able to install  it without a problem.  The SME was downloaded from contribs and I have tested it on a linux machine and another XP machine and it works fine. I was hoping maybe things would work better after the windows install (it is NTFS) but it still will not boot from my SME disk.
Any suggestions?
