Topic: want to give access few ip address for smtp relaying

i m using sme  serverv.6.0, i want to deny all ip address from smtp relaying and want to give access to only few ip addresses,
how can i do ?? by qmail setting or by iptables??
i know how to stop all traffic but i dont know hot to give access to few ip address(i think so iptables is complecated for me)

plese anyone can give me idea or command from which i can stop smtp access to all and permit only few ip addresses?

eth0 is lan interface and eth1 is connected to internet and at lan interface i m using 144.100.1.226 ip address and i have network of b class 144.100.0.0.
please anyone give me complete command which can help me ??
