user's delivere local only

Hey Guys

I have using sme v6 as a mail server and im the beginer . Well my server is working fine but i have notice in one thing about my user's!!!!! Im surprise for this b'coz the user has no privelege to send outside, they  can send. I have check the user account on the sme server  i found that user can deliver locally only! how come that this user can send outside. Is there any "BUG"on sme service?
Please Help me out of this.

I think you need to read the manual (again) see documentation link at left.

That setting is referring to how the mail is delivered to your user ie local (a user on the LAN) or forwarded to an external email address or a combination of both.

You need to install the dungog mailblocking contrib and configure the user(s) for local sending only.

There is also a recent forum post with the required command line command if you want to do it that way too, search for a recent post by Charlie Brady and make sure you click on Show all results.

Thank's for your reply Dude ! I do run dungog, it is  e-mailblocking? , I have notice that there is "acceptable mail domain" & "restrict to local", I've try to use "restrict to local" in order to block the user but unfortunately user can still sending outside.
What am i suppose to do now?

That should work, if it doesn't report the problem to dungog. Ensure you have the latest version first though.

You can try the other suggestion I made, search Charlie Bradys posts for the last month or two or three.

Hi! My problem still exist not solve! there is another way?
