Topic: Backup file was incomplete

I have been backing up my SME box using the backup to workstation panel in server-manager. I have been having issues that may require a restore and prior to doing it I decided to verify my backups. Each time I do a verify I receive a message back that states "The backup file was incomplete"  

The backup is a Winrar archive which I can open and view all the files that were backed up.

Any suggestions as to how to perform a restor or why the retore file is incomplete?
