PPTP VPN connection Failing in SME 7 pre1
« on: February 11, 2006, 10:02:58 PM »
Thought i would post this here first as i have not seen any posts anywhere else regarding this problem.

I am trying to connect my XP machine to my SME 7 pre1 server via VPN connection, this worked fine on previous 7b versions.

Now when i connect it verifys the username and password and then you get the Registering your computer on the network, after that i get the message "Error 734: The PPP link control protocol was terminated." and that is it.

I have tried connecting from a number of machine with no luck.

Below is the entry from the log.

I have not added this to the Bug Tracker because i am not sure that it is a bug yet or whether it is a problem with my server.

Any help would be appreciated

Steve.
