I've been using SPF filtering (as a part of ASSP) spam filter for quite a while. It works, and blocks a fair amount of email. I also understand spamassassin supports it too. However, I've also been searching on a solution for my outgoing email SPF configuration. Dollardns will do it, and for free. They will host your dns and let you configure the spf (as well as everything else dns related). Also, very helpfull with any questions. They register domains for 12 dollars a year. I just got done switching our dns over to them. Painless and very quick...and now I have outgoing SPF as part of my email
