Can't remember where in the forums I found "toph". A search reveals to many listings. Remember someone mentioned it in a thread.

Not HTOP, but htop.
htop is a standard component in 7.0.
For 6.x, it's in my contrib directory - e.g.:
http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/e-smith/contrib/CharlieBrady/RPMS/i386-RH7.0/
