Topic: Rebuilding a User (semi-deleted)

I have a user that it partly deleted.  Meaning they do not have a directory in /home/e-smith/files/users, but they do have entries in

db accounts show username

and in the various etc files (group, passwd, shadow etc...)

Is there an event that I can kick off that will rebuild their /home/e-smith/files/users/username directories?

I must be delusional....  The directories are actually there.  Not sure If I rebuilt them somehow or what, but they are there.
