There is another thread running on open-xchange and I think anything you can add to that would also be of great interest especially if you ar synching calandars etc with Outlook.

I have never tried synching calendars with open exchange. I have had good success with contacts. My new problem with open exchange is I cant seem to buy the connector individually any more. Just in lots of 25 for like $800.
