Although I'm not sure if the file location is correct and it might be just a setting in the configuration database as well, try it ansd see if it works (also after upgrades and cionfiguration changes)

Have you tried the many, many configuration options? It supports HTML by default.

The paths are different than the 6.xx release so Jesper's advice applies only to 6.xx, per the previous post.

But this verion of Horde is so feature rich, i think you'll fnd it does pretty much everything.
