Bonjour,

J'ai voulu tester la contrib de trevorb, c'est à dire d'installer un serveur tftp + thinclient.

J'ai donc installé les deux paquetages suivants:
 * smeserver-tftp-server-0.39-rc2.i386.rpm
 * smeserver-thinclient-2.0.0-3.noarch.rpm

L'install c'est bien passée, j'ai fait comme dit dans le readme. J'ai donc redémarré mon serveur et installé plusieurs img pxe pour testé. La aussi pas de soucis tous ce passe bien.

C'est du coté client que ca ne va pas top. Je boot mon client en PXE il trouve bien le serveur DHCP, obtient sous adresse et cherche le tftp.

Et la il tombe en "time out" (essaye sur 2 clients différents)

Les logs ne me disent :p

I will look at why 'nobody' does NOT work.

Ok pour:

config setprop tftpd user root
/etc/init.d/tftpd restart

C'est fait et j'ai fais un petit test pour la route:

DHCP OK
TFTP "File not found"

Quel dossier essayez-vous de trouver?
Le dossier existe?  /tftpboot/<file>
Les permissions sont correctes?

Oui tout est correcte. En plus je viens de faire un chmod -R +777 /tftpboot

En access nobody il tombe en "time out"
et en access root "file no found"


Et un truc bizard dans le log tftpd:

udpsvd: info: listening on 0.0.0.0:69, uid 99, gid 99, starting.

Les 0.0.0.0 c'est bon?


Et voici la fin de mon dhcpd.conf

Par contre je n'ai pas trouvé de fichiers de config de tftpd.conf, ni thin... dans /etc/ es-ce normal? Et pas de service tftpd dans xinetd.d

Ceci indique access=public (toutes les interfaces)
config setprop tftpd access private
pour internal

Mais, l'annuaire s'appelle les pxes, pas PXES. Le linux est cas sensible.

/var/service/tftpd/run
7.x utilise services supervised, pas xinet.d

Maintenant avez vous des adresses pour récupérer des imgs pxe?

Et peut-on en choisissant PXE defaut: NONE avec un choix des pxe installés?

Et et-il possible de par exemple partir d'un CD Windows pour en faire un pxe (pour l'install multi-postes)?

mv pxes PXES

Non. Il est très complexe.

Regardez http://unattended.sourceforge.net/ , l'auteur crée un contrib de smeserver.
