Topic: too tight password policy in sme7

hi friends,
since 1 year using sme6, want to upgrade to sme7 but one problem is password policy in sme7 (caps+small+numeric+symbol) is compulsory in password, for some users it is difficult to adjust.
is it possible to use simple password in sme7??  pls help if u have any idea
