Replace it. Restart. Choose "configure" in the console menu.

I presume that you do not have a 100MBit WAN link. Are you sure that you want to replace the wan nic?

Yup. Our providor offers upto 30mbps upload and we can't get past 10. I assume it is the 10BT board.

Well, lucky  you

Be aware that SME 6 is based on RedHat 7.3, so bleeding edge hardware probably won't be supported. There's plenty of 100Mbps NICs which will work fine though.

Sorry, that's 30MBPS DOWNLOAD, we are limited to 2MBPS upload.
