Interesting. I found it via search. No, I don't state how to use it. I answered donald's question on whether anyone has it working. You can find out for yourself how to use it.
rpm -qpil xxxxxxx.rpm --changelog will give you a lot of details, then you can also look at the docs that are included in the rpm as well to learn what it does and how to use it.
Just curious, why would you install something without first learning about it to see if it is something you need or useful to you?
