Topic: Installation Woes

Hi,

I've just downloaded the iso image file and blown it to a cd using Adaptec Easy CD creator.

The install seems to work fine until the point when it tells me to remove the cd and reboot.  After reboot I expect to go into configuration setup but I just get a "localhost login:" prompt.

I checked the newsgroup and tried the workarounds for the LFX problem reported last year but to no avail.

I also noticed on boot that IPSEC setup fails with a "no default route" error, but I don't know if this is related.

Can anybody help?

Mark,
I've had the same problem a couple of times.  The first time, I just reinstalled.  The second time I had to format and reload.  I don't know what causes it though.
