Cannot access Contrib.org?

I suspect this may not be the place to raise this issue, so please excuse me for being off topic. Over the past few days, I have found that access to this site is becoming a real challenge. I am reasonably confident that it is not my connection or system, but then again, I could be wrong...

Is anyone experiencing difficulties accessing this site?

I have slow access to the site a well, but it has been there for me all the time.
