Topic: user-modprocmail error

On my 7rc2 server, I installed the lazy admin tools.  When I run
lat-procmail -c "bjennings |enabled |yes |some |normal"

I receive

Activating procmail for user 'bjennings'.
Can't open directory /etc/e-smith/events/user-modprocmail
An error occurred while updating account 'bjennings'.

Did I forget to install something?

lazy admin tools isn't needed to enable procmail anymore
and as you found out won't work
