Email errors since update
« on: June 21, 2006, 11:13:16 AM »
I am running 7.0rc3 and last night ran a "yum update".

Since then, I have noticed that my email count is considerably less than it used to be (even the spam!). My main account uses Fetchmail to get mail from 3 mail accounts and send to the local account "xxxxx"

Looking on the Mail Log File Analysis I see the following:
Reasons for deferral
del   xdelay  reason
1150  2739.55  127.0.0.1 does not like recipient./Remote host said: 450 <xxxxx@mail.blah.blah.com>: Recipient address rejected: Domain not found/Giving up on 127.0.0.1./

Reasons for failure
del  xdelay  reason
25    0.52  Sorry, I couldn't find any host named mailserv.blah.blah.com. (#5.1.2)/

This is the contents of my "Hostnames and addresses":
Hostname Location IP Address
ftp.blah.blah.com Self 192.168.0.21
mail.blah.blah.com Self 192.168.0.21
mailserv.blah.blah.com Self 192.168.0.21
proxy.blah.blah.com Self 192.168.0.21
wpad.blah.blah.com Self 192.168.0.21
www.blah.blah.com Self 192.168.0.21

Any suggestions?

Report any issues to the bugtracker and don't obfuscate your logs as all details might be needed to help you.
