Topic: Team speak rc2 on sme rc 3

i can connect to the server from inside my network but not from outside it. the sme server is only running as a server for emails inside my network it is behind a firewall with all appropriate ports forwarded. but it will not let me connect.
here is what i did to install Team speak

i created a user named Ts
extracted the ts directory inside /Home/Ts/Tss2_rc2
executed teamspeak2-server_startscript
all works no errors that i can see
can connect to the web interface that is on some obscure port.

and i can connect inside the LAN but not outside.
this is giveing me the S*&Ts.
any help would be greatly apreciated

i know that this is in the wrong forum but this is what i typed in is this right
config set server_linux service access public status enabled UDPPort 8767
the name of the teamspeek server is called server_linux and that is all i could make out of the guide. so were do i place it just in root of the console.

BTW the server is located at root/home/Ts/tss2_rc2/(files in here)
so is there anything that i need to add to the prcess name to make it work
