If there are two or more users with the same name but different user names how does the pseudonym system handle that ?

I just created two accounts:

dsmith01 dsmith02

The name for both of these accounts was Dave Smith


pseudonyms were only added for the first account dsmith01:

dave.smith & dave_smith
