Topic: creating aliases from command prompt

I have 300+ user accounts on exchange
some i have are simple email forward some actual mailbox

I like to achive one or these things if possible

1- create everyone as a forwarding address account from command prompt
basically it forward all the users over to internal exchange or their external address For example

user1:      user1@internalserver
user2:      user2@hotmail.com

I also like to do it from a script if possible but able to see em in the webgui.

2- Customize it in a way that all the external email user get imported from a file (from command prompt or webgui) in to Pseudonyms.
and all Exchange users show up with account under users but have email getting forwarded over to Exchange server. i would like to have this from command prompt as well but don't mind if i have to add these by hand.
