Topic: Enable filter in webmail without opening webmail.

I need to filter-out "unable to deliver" returned e-mails before an application downloads the e-mail.  A windows application is used to download the e-mail from SME v7 server, no filter capabilities. Applied a rule but it does not work if Webmail is not open.

Maybe i am doing it wrong or it is not possible?
