Is this easy to do with SME or do you recomend something different?  I need a way that I can make users login to get access to the internet.  Also block all but a handfull of sites for certain users.  I guess have like 2 groups users and admins,  if a user needs to pull up something not allowed a simple close of IE then reopen and an admin login would let that user go to the site.  Keep pop3, smtp and imap services open so all users can get or send email.  And the blocking of p2p and chat clients would be great.  Also logging of blocked attempts and internet usage would be nice.

Your question is much more appropriate in the 7.x Contribs forum, since there is no system to do what you want in the standard unmodified install (which is the subject of this forum).
