Webmail not working after upgrading from SME 6.0 to 7.0
« on: August 03, 2006, 08:39:12 AM »
After upgrading from SME 6.0 to SME 7.0 the webmail stopped working. Pointing the browser to the webmail directory only displays an empty (blank)  page, when I were expecting the login page. There is no error message in the browser. How can I troubleshoot this, is there some log files that could be checked for error messages? I have already verified that I have the correct horde, imp and turba rpms. Does the webmail require special php settings?

All problems should be reported in detail via the Bug Tracker.

The reason for not reporting to the Bug Tracker is the fact that I did not have a clean SME 6 before the upgrade. The problem might be caused by my own customizations of the SME 6 done before the upgrade. I would like to troubleshoot to verify that it is not due to my own customizations before entering it into the Bug Tracker.

Don't let that stop you, please report to Bug Tracker and give us a full system history i.e did you have the horde 3.0 from JB installed?

Thanks!
