Topic: User Panel

I am running SME 7.0rc3. I have tried installing the user panel with no  luck. I am trying to install the rpm e-smith-userpanel-1.6.5-3.noarch.rpm. Can some tell me what I am doing wrong? It says "e-smith-userpanel conflicts with smeserver-support-1.6.0-19.noarch" when I try to run it.
