Hi,

I have  a problem with sme server 7.I have intalled it and trying to cnfigure the mail account users.But i can not unlock the users accounts.
Can anybody help me ?

You would need to set a password before using the account, please read the manual as it would have told you this.

I am the server administrator.Any time u set the password,it tell u that it is wrong!

Are you going to tell us what it says? Otherwise how will we know whats wrong.

Hazard a guess its probably to do with your password (search password strength)

But with Version 7,problem with is password issue....

Not a problem, more of a security enhancement.

DEAR ALL,

I USE THE FOLLWING COMMAND

CONFIG SET.....................USERS NONE

and it is now ok !!!

But how do i upgrade from sme server version 5.5 to 7???

An upgrade from 5.x to 7.x directly is NOT supported. Either you upgrade from 5.x to 6.x to 7.x or do a new install.
