How can i know if i am used for relay? This is because on my server i get alerts from SME 7 that in a non office hour my server is sending until 90 outgoing mail?

Relaying is turned off by default. So your server shouldn't be relaying unless you changed the default config.

The messages are probably your server rejecting email (unknown user, etc) and sending notices to sender.

You can run an anti-relay test by:
-access command line on SME
-type: telnet relay-test.mail-abuse.org
