ProxyPass Settings Help

I have no idea what fields should contain what data.  I have yet to understand fully the use of virtual domains but here's what the proxypass addon asks for.  Is Main confusion is what Path and Target are.  I just want my site ultimazerosector.com:8080 to go through my server/gateway to my windows machine at 192.168.1.202 (has 3 IPs for dif sites) I guess at port 80, will change if that helps things.

Path is the name of a local virtual path.
Example: /foo/

Path:
Target is the URL of an internal or external web site.
Example: http://domain.com/foo/ or http://192.168.1.10/foo/

Target:
Enter a brief description:

Description:
Enable access via HTTP?

HTTP:  no yes
Enable access via HTTPS?

HTTPS:  no yes

-------------------

Then there's this second feature

Please select the virtual domain to ProxyPass.

Available virtual domains:  condo.local ultimazerosector.com
Target is the URL of an internal or external web site.
Example: http://192.168.1.10/ or http://domain.com/

Target:

I hate to sound like such a noob but how would I fill in those fields?  And what does this sound like happened....Using dyndns.org's free service, am able to use port forwarding to get websites on windows server to work on the web...then i use no-ip free sites, they also work, now free site and $$$ .com that has all the fancy features won't work :-/
