Please help!!

Installation stops (NOT hangs) at localhost login: bind: Cannot assign requested address.

When I hit enter at this point, I get "login incorrect"

Please supply more information about your hardware. Your symptoms indicate a hardware incompatibility with their installation scripts. However, there is very probably an easy work-around for this problem. But not without info.
