Topic: Installing a forms mailer and counter script

Absolute newbie here. Probably asking a dumb question too.
I need to install a form mail application on my SME 7 and haven't a clue where to start. I'd like a page counter too but that's not important here.

I have access through a Windows XP machine on my network and I've used MS Frontpage to make a web site. Now I need to make it interactive and without the front page extensions, I'm having more than my fair share of headaches trying to achieve it.

Any help will be greatly apreciated.

also for a counter, there are plenty of them

Soupermail is probably one of the better featured mailer scripts out there. Very powerful - a little difficult to set up initially.
