Topic: sme server mail users home directory problem

Hai,

    I am working with SME 7.0 server in my company.This serve is a webserver & also a mail server.My problem is that i didnot get the mail users  home directory.This is very importent because every user have to maintain their own webpages.so i need to access the home dir like shown below /home/e-smith/files/users/user_name/home/public_html

so please help me which rpm is used to enable home directory.
