Topic: External SCSI HDD

Hi All,
Just a question about adding an External SCSI Hard Drive to the E-Smith
Box. I'm running SME v5.0 (Update 3) on a PII-400 PC with an existing 20G EIDE
HDD and CDROM.
The External SCSI HDD (PEM) will connect to a PCI SCSI card. I would like to know if there are any particular instructions (HOWTO) or steps I should take before/after adding this device.
