Topic: Restore Mysql database from mondo image

Please help.

I have just overwritten some tables in the MySQL database on my SME7 server which had some important info in it.
I have a Mondo image of the server before I did this.
How can I restore from the mondo image just the MySQL database?
I understand you can restore in interactive mode, but I don't know which files to restore.
I don't want to Nuke the server as the image is a few days old and I could lose some other info.

I would appreciate any help.

The data is in /var/lib/mysql

if you look in there, there should be a directory for each mysql database.
