Topic: foraward all existing email from maildir folders

I have about 20 users with quite a lot of emails in their maildir folders on our sme 7 server. I have recently added a new mailserver and have got all incoming mail forwarded from the sme box to the new mail server no problem. My problem now is I need to forward all the emails that are already in the individual's mailboxes before the forwarding was set.

Is there a quick way or script I can use to forward all the users exising emails to the new server? I know I can just login to horde and forward them manually but his would take too long.
