Topic: hylafax on SME 7

Does anyone have experience in working with hylafax on SME 7? I am facing a poroblem. I have already installed the required packages of hylafax and have gone through all the setup procedure but it seems not be able to pick up the coming fax call. I am just beginner in it. Please help how to check what the problem is.
