So it would have been a matter of someone adding the option to the Server Manager. Other changes were done instead.
I did something similar to 6.5 in bug...

What makes you say that? They are there via a DB value but not enabled by default.
Can you tell me how to enable them? Thanks.

db accounts setprop ibayname RecycleBin enabled
db accounts setprop ibayname KeepVersions enabled
signal-event ibay-modify ibayname

You should stop using the system immediately and engage the services of a professional who does this sort of restore. They may be able to recover the files if they have just been deleted, but if the system is busy the blocks will be reclaimed and lost forever.

Regarding turning on the recycle bin, I looked in the manual and in the wiki but could not find much on this topic.

I can see how I would turn on the recycle bin for a particular ibay from this post. How do I turn on the recycle bin for all ibays including user home or private i-bay that is created when a new user is created. Will this command string also work going forward for new ibays I may create.

Thanks in advance for your help.
