email delivered to wrong person

I've got 2 different SME email servers upgraded to 7.1

The specific server was a fresh install of 7.0,
has 1400 users installed using a text file with lazyadmin.

I have one specific user that is receiving other similar named and non-similar named users emails.

The similar named user has 1 character different at the end of the name.

Any ideas would be appericated

A typo in you lazy admin config file? SPAM?
