Read the manual. Start with the part about groups and asigning users to them.
"It should just work" if it doesn't report it. Thanks!

how about i did and it is nopt covered?

how about user1 to 3 belongs to group ithelpdesk so that email to ithelpdesk@domain1 goes to these users.

i now want to create another group called ithelpdesk but the email address of this group should be ithelpdesk@domain2 going to users 4 to 9

If this is covered in the manual then great show to me

else keep your sarcasm to yourself

Try the Pseudonyms section of the online manual, although you may need to forward the pseudonym to the group.

Please don't be smart with your comments, people who don't even know you are trying to help you.

I just told you the answer, read the pseudonyms section and forward the pseudonym to the group. Don't ask if you are not prepared to listen to the answer.

No one has been sarcastic to you, it's your own smart attitude towards others suggestions that is the problem here.
