Topic: Proxy Auth and bandwidth controlling

Hi Guys
Ive searched but maybe not hard enough.
Im looking for an addon with a nice howto to help me with proxy authentication on windows machines.
i need to monitor and limit there bandwidth usage per user,since bandwidth is not cheap here in south Africa

Im fairly new to linux and SME server but i do understand all of its concepts just im in need of some type of proxy monitor

a page explaining this is in a howto somewhere, master sleepy ?
but raise a bug (NFR) to include the code in the base

monitoring
smeserver-sarg will give stats on usage

there isn't anything to limit usage automatically
