Actually I am looking for something simular. I know there is the LAT rpm, but that's not exactly what i am looking for.

I'd like to import users in a fresh sme install trough something like a csv file.

Is this possible?

That's exactly what LAT does.

It creates a csv file - which you can then modify - and imports the portion you want imported.

I have used it to migrate users from 6 to 7 - works a treat !!
