Disable spam filter on outbound emails

Hi All,
First off, 7.x Rocks!, I was glad to see the move to centos based.

I am running a contribs.org 7.0 server,
Other than the user-panel contrib, it is off of the shelf.
I have a Dell poweredge 1800 (dual xeon 2.8 dual cores with 2 gigs of RAM) and about 105 gigs of free HD space.
At any given time we probably have about 20-40 active users (total of ~ 300)

There is a noticable delay in sending email (about 10 seconds) and I am  certain that it is because of the outbound spam filtering.
I am only using 3 RBL's right now (I saw other posts about keeping this number low).
-sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org
-whois.rfc-ignorant.org
-dnsbl.njabl.org

How do I disable spam filtration for outbound email ? It seems unesscessary overhead or is there something else I should be checking?

Thanks in advance!

This is a SME 7 server not contribs.org server. :)

sorry but i strive for perfection.
"It should just work" if it doesn't report it. Thanks!

Why are you still asking ?
Charlie answered your question & you should take his advice when he gives it, however short and simple it may seem.

The newer version sme7.1 does exactly what you are asking for by default. Just do an upgrade from the server manager software installer panel.

Thanks for the clarification!

Charlie, all you had to say was that 7.1 has the fix.

I'll yum it tonight.

Have a good day.
