Well you can download it?
Search a little and you'll find it (hint: smeserver.org).
Then read the manual to find out how to use it and search the forum for answers if you can't find any in the manual. If you can't find your answer on the forum open a new topic.

If you have a problem post a bug in the bugtracker.
