New users can't acess mail account
« on: April 12, 2007, 01:22:00 PM »
Hi,

I've migrated from 6.0 to 7.1, and now, new user, added post migration can't login. Changing the password doesn't work, and if I change the password of an "old" user, the new passowrd doens't work either.

Can anyone help me???

In order to 'fix' this in our environment, I had to set the password complexity to 'none'.

Users could sign in to user manager or web mail, but could not use the passwords (strong and normal) through Outlook.  Not reliably anyway.

That's not supposed to happen. There must be a bug. Please report your problem via the Bug Tracker.

The problem is that I can't register on Bugzilla :(

After further testing, what is happening is that the system isn't changing the passwords. So I can't define a new password for new users, and old users that forget their password can't change it.
