Topic: FTP Access

[Strangelite]

I have one ibay that I would like exposing to ftp access [for 2 accounts only]
i.e.
I have a group of 5 users that can create stuff on this ibay but only 2 of them need access from the internet [they only need read access] no one else needs to have any access from ftp.

what is the best way of oganising this.
