Topic: Users can not change password

I've changed the password complexity to none, and that's working fine.

Lately (I can not identify a specific time) my users can not change their passwords.  They go to the user manager (server/user-manager), log in, click change password, enter their old, new, new passwords, and click OK.

The page loads for a second, then the status changes to Done in the web browser, but nothing changes on the page.

Searches here showed results for password complexity, but I didn't see posts relating to users changing passwords.
