Topic: email delivery problem and tnef files

I'm having some email delivery issues and it seems to happen more with attachments.

I have several tnef files per day that appear in /var/spool/qpsmtpd.

I have tnef2mime enabled. Does anyone know why these files are here and is it safe to delete them? Is is possible this Outlook formatting information is not getting converted to mime?
