Topic: Cant login and ftp crashed

Hello,
I can not login in the root account from sme and ftp has been crashed. Ive nothing do wrong. I have only uploaded my site and changed to acces ssh and ftp everywhere in the server-manager.

Is there any solution
My pc has:
900 MHZ 576 MB and 9 GB

The console doesn't work also. I think i must reinstall or not?

i have my pc installed some times but it help's not
I did a fresh install. The features of my pc are:
900 mhz
20 GB
