i have two domains on my new sme server, abc.com and xyz.com presently mail users for these domains can access webmail by typing abc.com/wemail and xyz.com/webmail. Is there a way by which users can type webmail.abc.com and webmail.xyz.com and access wemail?

cloaking would be the trick you are after. This is arranged by a DNS provider. For example ZoneEdit.com provides this service. But I'm certain that there are more providers that have this option.

When you don't mind that the URL changes you can also use URL Forwarding. A lot of providers also have this option.
